Terms & Conditions for the software “LogoSIS”
provided by ITF Ingenieurbüro Thomas Friedmann
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to the “LogoSIS” software provided by ITF Ingenieurbüro Thomas Friedmann. The software is installed and operated locally on the customer’s own infrastructure (“on-premise”).
2. Purpose of the Software
LogoSIS supports companies in managing and processing data related to logistics, transport and operational workflows, including but not limited to:
-
master data management
-
freight, transport and warehouse processes
-
documentation and internal business workflows
-
fulfilment of legal requirements, including electronic submissions to authorities (e.g. Safety & Security ENS filings to HMRC)
The specific purpose and use are determined solely by the customer.
3. Local Operation and Data Storage
LogoSIS operates exclusively on the customer’s systems.
The provider has no access to the data processed by the software unless explicitly granted for support purposes.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:

accuracy and completeness of all entered data,
-
operation and security of their IT environment,
-
compliance with all applicable legal requirements,
-
preventing unauthorised access to the system and data.
5. Liability
(1) The provider is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect data entry, process errors or failure to meet legal obligations by the customer.
(2) The provider is not liable for system failures, data loss or configuration issues within the customer’s responsibility.
(3) Liability for minor negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected.
6. Support and Updates
Support, updates and enhancements are provided based on separate agreements.
There is no entitlement to continuous availability or further development.
7. Licence and Intellectual Property
LogoSIS remains the intellectual property of ITF Ingenieurbüro Thomas Friedmann.
The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared during collaboration is treated confidentially.
Existing non-disclosure agreements (NDA) remain valid.
9. Final Provisions
German law applies unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
If any clause is invalid, the remainder of the Terms & Conditions remains unaffected.
